Investing in our Children
The Greater Westford Wellness Foundation is a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to raising and distributing funds to foster the holistic well-being of children within the Westford community. Established and managed by the passionate members of the Kiwanis Club of Westford, our foundation serves as a vital financial engine, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
OUR VISION
We believe that a child's wellness is foundational to their future success and the enduring strength of our community. Rather than direct service provision, our mission is to strategically invest in programs and initiatives that address critical aspects of child welfare, including but not limited to:
- Health & Nutrition: Funding for programs that provide nutritious meals, promote healthy lifestyles, and ensure access to essential healthcare services for children in need.
- Education & Development: Supporting initiatives that enhance educational opportunities, provide crucial early childhood development resources, and foster a lifelong love of learning.
- Safety & Security: Contributing to programs that advocate for child safety, create secure environments, and protect children from harm.
- Emotional & Social Well-being: Providing financial support for resources that encourage positive social interactions, build resilience, and offer critical mental and emotional health support.
